Gamification for the Workers

Published on December 24, 2011 by   ·   No Comments

The Wowster investigates gamification for the workers. Yes, you heard, gamification.

Are you one of the few people still working for a living in a proper job? If so, have you been gamified yet?

Eh, do I hear you say, wtf is gamified?

Well as I understand it this ghastly word is used in workplace coaching and means playing games to imxprove teamwork which is also called gamification.

I won’t go into what those games are, already I am regretting getting started on this blog.

The question is where the hell do people get off with such rubbish that has replaced Latin as the new dead language.

They are generally gurus in something or other and have run out of words to describe what they do. So they make up a ridiculous word that does the trick or so it seems.

Well it does show there’s a light on but whether anyone is home is another matter.

The Wowster is the pen name of our publisher and founder Nathan Goldberg, a man of few words, mostly expletives.
