It’s complicated, the answer to the question of whether  allowing workers to use their own mobile technology to work mobile works.

The answer according to the latest research is not as clear cut as thought.

Some 88% of employees are using their own mobile technology for work, a much higher number than expected.

But only 20% of executives believe that this will benefit recruitment and retention.

Over 40% of people who use their mobile technology for work now use it for more that just social networking and technology

Surprisingly the most popular technology is the android, not the iPhone.

So is encouraging staff to use their own mobile technology for work a good or bad thing? As they say you pays your money, you takes your choice.
