We all need help in business. It is a fact of life.

And boy will you get offers of help, especially if you’ve got money to spend.

You should accept it but only if there is a payment on results arrangement or a performance guarantee or at the very least a lower price than advertised anywhere else.

Unless one of those conditions are in place, preferably the first, you could be throwing your money away big time. In business, affordable marketing with guaranteed returns is the key.

Testimonials are fine but what may have been great for one client may not be goose for your gander. Also you should check very carefully the tesitmonials.

Here’s the thing. You are putting a lot of trust in any supplier especially if they are central to your business.

The least you should get is some sort of risk reversal where the supplier takes on some level of risk to prove their confidence in helping you.

There is no harm in asking and if you do get a refusal then that should go in the debit column.
