Wrong Direction, Ed

Published on January 16, 2012 by   ·   No Comments

The Wowster looks at the increasingly hapless Ed Miliband now moving in the wrong direction.

The increasingly hapless Ed Miliband has now been painted into a corner going in the wrond direction,  not of his choosing.

Instead of chastising Cameron on his economic policies, he has now signed up as a convert.

The emphasis is on getting tough with the less well off rather than trashing policies designed to cut off the oxygen to growth.

Whipped by the sting of growing criticism from all and sundry, he has capitulated to an odd pincer movement of Blairites and Brownites guaranteed to condemn Britain to a grey future of zero expansion.

Instead of pointing to the Obama playbook of sensible investment to turn the tide, he has crawled into a cold cave of austerity.

Hopefully he will see the light of growth and rethink his position bfore it’s too late. For sure, he has enough reason.

The Wowster is the pen name of Nathan Goldberg, wowdewow publisher and founder.

Do feel free to comment on whether you think Miliband will change course?
