Obama’s F Word

Published on January 25, 2012 by   ·   No Comments

The Wowster looks at the Obama F Word.

President Obama has come sprinting out of the election blocks bursting forth with the F Word.

It’s the F-Word his opponents hate, especially Romney, and the F-Word his supporters adore.

It’s F for Fairness in Taxation.

By making this his clarion call to the electorate, he has put a country mile between himself and his opponents, not least Mitt Romney who has found a way of paying only 13% tax with the explanation that one should pay as little tax as one can get away with.

At a stroke, Obama has left his opponents squabbling like so many tiny tots at the starting gate, showing the Republican Party for what it is now, the rich man’s haven.

His State of the Union speech said that although the American economy was on the mend – pay attention Europe – the 8.5% jobless total was far too high.

One way forward was to create a fairer society with the wealthy making a more significant contribution to society, including the Mitt Romneys of the world.

So over to you Mitt, or could it possibly be the Newt, that well known purveyor of moral fairness.

What he said…
