Eat and be healthy

The Wowster hopes to eat and be healthy from now on

To eat and be healthy has been a dream of mine for a while now.

Why? Because I’ve been eating out a lot recently. And you know how that is, chips with everything, not to mention grease. At least it is with me.

But I have discovered a refuge from my decadent eating in a simple purveyor of healthy food called Eat.

I’ve no ideas of its origins but when I passed by it for the fourth time I decided to partake without great expectations (what no chips).

So I had a beef and cheese toasted sandwich, full of flavour plus a coke (not quite in the spirit of things) and as if to compensate, a banana.

Delicious reaching the taste buds that I thought other quackish greasy snacks had destroyed and left for dead.

But mostly, you know what? I felt virtuous. Next time with natural water, I promise.

The Wowster is the pen name of Nathan Goldberg, wowdewow publisher and founder. And healthy eater.

Do feel free to comment on whether you think this eating regime will last for long?
