No counting chickens

No counting chickens when Nathan Goldberg house sits

SINCE REVELATIONS that I house sit for my colleague Gloria Murray, offers have been coming in thick and fast for my services.

Just give me the keys
I just made that up but I need you to know dear wowdereader, I am available and willing.

Some conditions:

  1. No Counting Chickens: Live ones that is. I dearly love Gloria’s chickens but unlike her I am carnivorous, brought up on mummy’s Jewish chicken soup. Need I say more…
  2. Door that works: Did I  struggle! After visiting umpteen neighbours, I got the secret, push hard before unlocking.
  3. No garden: She’s got a awesome garden, lots of watering duties…
  4. Fed and watered:  Lots of chicken, ham, water (sparkling) laid on

My USP is I don’t charge and leave when told.  I clean up after me to a large degree and I try not to scare the neighbours.

Well no one’s perfect
Oh yes, one more thing. You need to be within reasonable walking distance at all times.

I mean to say, you just never know the moment when thing might go wrong…and, of course, no counting chickens.

Because house sitting can be tough…
